Day 10 of the Arbitrarily 10 Day Album Cover Extravaganza: Oingo Boingo "Best O' Boingo"

I bought the album in high school on a whim, probably on the strength of my love for "Weird Science" or the soundtrack to "Batman" or the theme song for "The Simpson's." But I loved how different it all sounded from the mainstream rock and pop I was familiar with.

I always felt that Danny Elfman's vocals drive the madness in their sound, amplified by the chaos of horns and the usually frenetic guitars. And sure, "Dead Man's Party" and "Weird Science" are great, but give me "Not My Slave," "Out of Control," and "Gratitude" any day.
