MAH GADLU (2015)

I wanted to compose a piece for Temple Sholom’s adult volunteer choir and reached out to Rabbi Shefa Gold to ask if I could arrange her famous setting of “Mah Gadlu” for SATB choir. I wanted to bring out the joy and awe of the psalm text, heightened by the harmony and power of a choir.
